  • 1 cinnamon stick optional

Method
 

  1. Lightly toast pumpkin seeds in a dry skillet over medium-low heat for 3-5 minutes until aromatic and golden.
  2. Crush the toasted seeds using a mortar and pestle or knife to release nutrients.
  3. Bring filtered water to a boil in a pot, then remove from heat.
