  • 8–10 oz warm filtered water
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 0.5–1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)

Method
 

  1. Heat 8–10 oz of filtered water until warm (not boiling). Ideal temperature is baby-bottle warm.
  2. Add ¼ teaspoon of fine-grain pink Himalayan salt and stir until it completely dissolves.
  3. Add optional lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, or cayenne if desired. Stir again to mix.
  4. Sip slowly on an empty stomach. Wait 15–30 minutes before eating breakfast.
