Method
- Heat 8–10 oz of filtered water until warm (not boiling). Ideal temperature is baby-bottle warm.
- Add ¼ teaspoon of fine-grain pink Himalayan salt and stir until it completely dissolves.
- Add optional lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, or cayenne if desired. Stir again to mix.
- Sip slowly on an empty stomach. Wait 15–30 minutes before eating breakfast.
