  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt (finely ground)
  • 16-20 ounces filtered water (room temperature or warm)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar (optional, potassium source)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional, for eating window only)
  • stevia or monk fruit to taste (optional, for eating window only)

Method
 

  1. Start with filtered room-temperature water in a glass or jar. Add pink salt and stir thoroughly until dissolved.
  2. Optional: Add cream of tartar for potassium. Stir to combine fully.
  3. Optional: If consuming during eating window, add lemon juice and sweetener. Stir again to taste.
  4. Sip slowly over 10–15 minutes to avoid digestive discomfort, especially when fasting.
  5. Store any remaining solution in a glass bottle in the fridge. Consume within 5 days for best mineral potency.
