Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt fine grain
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger juice
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Optional: 4-5 fresh mint leaves or 1/2 cucumber sliced

Method
 

  1. Pour filtered water into a large glass and stir in pink salt until fully dissolved.
  2. Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar, mix gently.
  3. Grate and strain fresh ginger juice, then add to mixture.
  4. Optional: Stir in honey and turmeric, mix thoroughly.
  5. Finish with mint leaves or cucumber slices, rest 2–3 minutes before drinking.
