Method
- Gather a teapot or mason jar, fine mesh strainer, and measuring spoon.
- Measure and slightly crush the dandelion root, then add all ingredients to your vessel.
- Bring 2 cups filtered water to a boil, let cool for 30 seconds to 195°F.
- Pour water over the herbs, cover, and steep for 15 minutes.
- Strain into a mug and serve warm.
