Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon dried dandelion root
  • 1 teaspoon dried ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Gather a teapot or mason jar, fine mesh strainer, and measuring spoon.
  2. Measure and slightly crush the dandelion root, then add all ingredients to your vessel.
  3. Bring 2 cups filtered water to a boil, let cool for 30 seconds to 195°F.
  4. Pour water over the herbs, cover, and steep for 15 minutes.
  5. Strain into a mug and serve warm.
