Method
- Measure and organize all ingredients.
- Warm filtered water to around 120°F (not boiling).
- Mix cinnamon, ginger, and cayenne in a small bowl.
- Add spice mix to warm water and steep for 10 minutes.
- Add apple cider vinegar and sweetener. Stir well.
- Blend or froth if using chia seeds or MCT oil for smoothness.
