  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar with "the mother"
  • 1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon raw unfiltered honey or monk fruit sweetener
  • 8 ounces filtered water
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon MCT oil

Method
 

  1. Measure and organize all ingredients.
  2. Warm filtered water to around 120°F (not boiling).
  3. Mix cinnamon, ginger, and cayenne in a small bowl.
  4. Add spice mix to warm water and steep for 10 minutes.
  5. Add apple cider vinegar and sweetener. Stir well.
  6. Blend or froth if using chia seeds or MCT oil for smoothness.
