Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup green tea brewed and cooled
  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey or monk fruit sweetener optional
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • ½ inch fresh ginger grated

Method
 

  1. Brew green tea and let cool slightly.
  2. In a glass jar, add tea, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon, cayenne, ginger, and filtered water.
  3. Add sweetener if desired and shake well to combine.
  4. Serve over ice or refrigerate overnight for enhanced flavor.

Notes
