Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 teaspoons ceremonial-grade matcha powder
  • 8 ounces filtered water 175°F/80°C
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey or pure maple syrup
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon collagen peptides
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon MCT oil

Method
 

  1. Sift 1-2 teaspoons of matcha powder into a bowl or cup.
  2. Heat filtered water to 175°F (80°C).
  3. Pour a small amount of water over the matcha and whisk to form a paste.
  4. Add remaining water or warmed almond milk and whisk until frothy.
  5. Enhance with optional ingredients such as collagen, cinnamon, or MCT oil if desired.
