Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ice-cold water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh or bottled
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar with the “mother”
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. 1. Add cold water to a glass.
  2. 2. Stir in lemon juice.
  3. 3. Add apple cider vinegar and a pinch of cinnamon.
  4. 4. Mix well and drink on an empty stomach or before meals.
