Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon organic apple cider vinegar with "mother"
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon powder
  • 1-2 teaspoons raw honey optional, substitute with stevia for sugar-free version
  • 8 ounces of filtered water
  • Fresh lemon juice from 1/4 lemon
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper optional

Method
 

  1. Mix apple cider vinegar with warm (not hot) water in a glass.
  2. Stir in Ceylon cinnamon until fully dissolved.
  3. Add sweetener if desired, adjusting to taste.
  4. Squeeze in lemon juice and add a pinch of cayenne if using.
  5. Stir thoroughly and drink immediately for maximum potency.
