- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Brown ground beef in skillet. Add onion and garlic halfway through. Cook until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in soup, sour cream, 1 cup cheddar, Worcestershire, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Layer half of the frozen tater tots in the baking dish. Spread meat mixture over top. Add remaining tater tots on top.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and mozzarella.
- Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until bubbly and golden. Broil for 2 minutes if desired for extra crispiness.
- Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes
For a healthier version, use Greek yogurt, lean meat, and add vegetables. Homemade or cauliflower tots can substitute for frozen ones.
