  • 1/4 cup bitter melon seeds removed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 green apple cored
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup brewed green tea cooled
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
  • Ice cubes
  • Stevia drops to taste

Method
 

  1. Brew green tea and allow it to cool or chill overnight.
  2. Add bitter melon, spinach, apple, cucumber, green tea, and flaxseed to a blender.
  3. Add matcha powder and ice cubes for a chilled texture.
  4. Blend until smooth, then adjust sweetness with stevia drops as needed.
