Description
A pink salt hydration drink that supports weight loss, reduces bloating, and balances electrolytes first thing in the morning.
Ingredients
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
10–12 oz filtered water
Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice or splash of apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1. Add salt to the water and stir until fully dissolved.
2. Optional: Add lemon juice or ACV.
3. Drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
4. Wait 20 minutes before eating or drinking anything else.
Notes
Use only pure Himalayan pink salt, not table salt.
Start with a small amount and increase gradually.
Great when combined with intermittent fasting or clean eating.
