A simple pink salt weight loss recipe using Himalayan salt and warm water to support digestion, hydration, and fat balance.
Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt (fine-grain)
8–10 oz warm filtered water
Optional: 1 tbsp lemon juice
Optional: 1/2–1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
1. Warm 8–10 oz of filtered water (do not boil).
2. Add 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt and stir until dissolved.
3. Add optional lemon, ACV, or cayenne if using.
4. Sip on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
5. Wait 15–30 minutes before eating or drinking anything else.
Notes
Use only food-grade pink Himalayan salt.
Stick to 1 serving per day.
Avoid if you have kidney issues or are on sodium-restricted diets.
