Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
8–10 oz warm filtered water
Instructions
1. Warm the water to just above room temperature.
2. Add 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt to the water.
3. Stir until completely dissolved.
4. Drink on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning.
5. Wait 15–20 minutes before eating or drinking anything else.
Notes
Use fine-grain Himalayan salt, not table salt.
Avoid drinking more than one serving per day.
