Description

This pink salt trick recipe uses just warm water and Himalayan pink salt to support hydration, reduce cravings, and promote gentle weight loss.

810 oz warm filtered water


Instructions

1. Warm the water to just above room temperature.

2. Add 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt to the water.

3. Stir until completely dissolved.

4. Drink on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning.

5. Wait 15–20 minutes before eating or drinking anything else.

Notes
