A simple pink salt recipe for weight loss made with pink Himalayan salt and warm water. Supports hydration, digestion, and natural weight balance.
Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt (fine-grain)
8–10 oz warm filtered water
Optional: 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Optional: 1/2–1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
1. Warm 8–10 oz of filtered water (not boiling).
2. Add 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved.
3. Add any optional ingredients if desired and stir again.
4. Drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
5. Wait 15–30 minutes before eating or drinking anything else.
Notes
Use fine-grain pink salt for faster dissolving.
Don’t exceed 1 glass per day unless advised by a health professional.
