Ingredients

- 1 cup of filtered water (room temperature)
- ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- Optional: ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
- Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Pour 1 cup of room temperature filtered water into a glass container.
- Add ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt and let it dissolve.
- Mix in 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (with the mother).
- Optional: Add ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger and/or 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup.
- Stir thoroughly using a wooden or glass stirrer for 10-15 seconds.
- Consume immediately in one shot for optimal effect.
Notes
Best consumed first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Avoid using table salt or artificial sweeteners. Store pre-mixed dry ingredients in a jar for quick daily prep.
