Description
Creamy overnight oats without yogurt made with almond milk, chia seeds, and natural sweeteners. Perfect for meal prep and dairy-free diets.
Ingredients
▢ ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
▢ ¾ cup non-dairy milk (almond, oat, etc.)
▢ 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
▢ 1 tbsp chia seeds
▢ Small pinch of salt (optional)
▢ ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
▢ Optional: ⅓ cup mashed banana or applesauce
▢ Optional: 1 scoop protein powder
▢ Optional: 1 tbsp nut butter or tahini
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl or jar.
2. Stir until fully combined.
3. Add any optional mix-ins and stir again.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
5. Before serving, stir and adjust thickness with milk if needed.
Notes
Store up to 4 days in fridge.
Top with fresh fruit, nuts, or granola.
