Description

A fiber-rich, creamy smoothie designed to curb hunger and complement Zepbound therapy using avocado, chia seeds, spinach, and healthy fats.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut water)
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (soaked in 3 tablespoons water for 15 minutes)
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Stevia or monk fruit sweetener to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix chia seeds with water and let sit 15 minutes until gel-like.
  2. Add almond milk, avocado, and chia gel to a blender.
  3. Add spinach, berries, cocoa powder, and cinnamon.
  4. Add hemp seeds and blend on high for 60-90 seconds.
  5. Add ice for thickness or adjust milk for consistency.
  6. Taste and sweeten with stevia or monk fruit if needed.

Notes

Replace avocado with Greek yogurt for lower calories, or add collagen peptides for more protein. Avoid fruit juice and overuse of fruit to prevent sugar spikes.
