Ingredients
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Pinch of cayenne pepper
12 oz filtered water
Instructions
1. Combine apple cider vinegar and lemon juice in a glass.
2. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
3. Pour in filtered water and stir well.
4. Optional: Add ice, ginger, or chia seeds.
5. Drink 15–30 minutes before your meal.
Notes
Use raw, unfiltered vinegar with the “mother” for best results.
