  • 1 tablespoon raw, unfiltered honey or monk fruit sweetener
  • 8 ounces filtered water
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon MCT oil

Instructions

  2. Warm filtered water to around 120°F (not boiling).
  3. Mix cinnamon, ginger, and cayenne in a small bowl.
  4. Add spice mix to warm water and steep for 10 minutes.
  5. Add apple cider vinegar and sweetener. Stir well.
  6. Blend or froth if using chia seeds or MCT oil for smoothness.

Notes
