A refreshing morning drink made with cold water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and cinnamon to support digestion, reduce bloat, and gently boost metabolism.
Ingredients
1 cup ice-cold water
1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
A pinch of ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Add cold water to a glass.
2. Stir in lemon juice.
3. Add apple cider vinegar and a pinch of cinnamon.
4. Mix well and drink on an empty stomach or before meals.
Notes
Drink through a straw to protect enamel.
Use organic apple cider vinegar with the “mother.”
Best consumed 15–30 minutes before a meal.
