- 1 pound store-bought pizza dough (or crescent roll dough)
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced cooked ham or pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten
- Optional: 1/4 cup fresh chopped herbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and dust your surface with flour.
- Mix olive oil, garlic, and half of the Italian seasoning in a bowl.
- Roll dough into a 12×16 inch rectangle. Rest if needed.
- Brush dough with garlic-oil, spread cream cheese, layer mozzarella, meats, vegetables, and Parmesan evenly.
- Roll dough tightly from the long edge, seal the seam and ends.
- Transfer roll seam-side down, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with remaining seasoning and herbs, and cut 3-4 slits on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden. Rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.
