Description
This Brazilian Mounjaro recipe is a simple 3-ingredient detox drink using lemon, ginger, and chia seeds. Great for digestion and natural weight loss support.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Juice of ½ lemon
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger or ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
1. Add lemon juice to warm water in a glass or jar.
2. Stir in grated or ground ginger.
3. Add chia seeds and stir.
4. Let sit 10–15 minutes until chia seeds expand.
5. Stir again before drinking.
Notes
Best consumed on an empty stomach in the morning.
Can also be taken before dinner to curb evening cravings.
Use fresh ginger for stronger effects.
