Description

A refreshing and metabolism-friendly tonic made with raw apple cider vinegar, lemon, and warming spices—this natural Zepbound-inspired recipe supports digestion and blood sugar with a flavorful morning boost.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 12 teaspoons raw honey or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 810 ounces filtered water
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour filtered water into a glass (use more for a milder taste or less for a stronger tonic).
  2. Add apple cider vinegar to the water.
  3. Stir in lemon juice for flavor and added vitamin C.
  4. Add honey or monk fruit to sweeten the mix.
  5. Incorporate cinnamon, ginger, and cayenne pepper if using.
  6. Stir or shake thoroughly until all ingredients are blended.
  7. Serve immediately or steep for 30 minutes to deepen flavor.

Notes

Swap honey for maple syrup, add turmeric for inflammation support, or use sparkling water for a refreshing twist. Avoid metal containers when storing.
